A nice day in Germany!

We had a very nice weekend. Weather was in the low 50s and sunny! So we decided to go drive around for a bit and take some pics.. It was nice! Hannah loves just driving around and seeing new things.. She wasnt a very easy model though, but i got a few cute pics!

Georgia here we come!!!!!!!!

Yep we are moving to Robins AFB, Georgia!!! We found out on Saturday, it took all weekend to get excited about it.. We could have maybe switched bases to Maryland, but i think georgia will be better for us.. Its has lower cost of living, so if we want to live off base we can afford to! Its sunny and warm. The humitity will take some getting used to, but we will manage.. So all in all im happy with our new assignment. We have 2 years there and hopefully we will be able to mive back to Cali!! We dont know what will happen, but we can hope. We will came home a visit this summer. We hope to leave Germany on July 1st, but it all depends on well at lot of things.. Lets just all pray that this baby comes EARLY!!!!! That will make things a lot less stressful.. We are just happy to be going back in the states, and have those things that we miss so much, like TARGET! LOL!

Alright everyone!! I am 25weeks and we have NO name picked out!! Well i did have a name but Coreys not a fan(its on this list though).. Im listing my top 10 names(randomly,as we are keeping the name a secert).. Now these are just mine, Corey WILL NOT help in the name game..Tell me what you like, and if you all have any other suggestions for names please feel free to share..

Baby Shaffer pic

I had a doc appt on Wednesday and i finally got some more pics of baby.. We still think hes a boy, but he was very shy this time.. Its no biggie since i have doc appt every 2weeks and will get ultrasounds everytime.. So we are bound to get a good look at the goods. But all is good, hes healthy and perfect! Im doing good too. The gestational diabetes is under control for the most part. And i have lost weight, which is totally fine since i have plenty of weight to start out with.. Other than that things are good here.. Its very cold, and im so ready for some warm weather.. Well here are the pics. He is looking at us and has his hand by his face!

The year is almost over.....

I cant believe this year is almost over!!! And what a year it has been.. I have had some really bad things happen and really great things happen.. I cant wait till the new year beggins. SO much is happening for us right from the start.. We are all looking foward to the many changes in the coming year.. Yea for a New year!!!!! And goodbye to 2008!!!

Gestational diabetes

I have gestational Diabetes!!! So far i have everthing under control, and im eating foods that is keeping my blood sugar in check.. I did have some really really rough days the last few weeks. Due to very low blood sugar i went to the ER once and was really sick for about a week!!! All is well now, and i know what to do to keep my levels were they should be. My specalist said as the pregnancy goes on it can get worse so i just need to be careful and watch when and what i eat.. I do have to check my blood 4 times a day for the rest of this pregnancy.. It so hard to remember but i know its very important... Next appt and ultrasound is on the 7th and we will hopefully know for sure if this is a boy like the doc thinks or if hes wrong!!
